OAS4OS Authetnication Failing with RESULT=49 RHEL 6

Hi

I am doing a PoC for OAS4OS with OID as external LDAP server. Configured as per the document but still getting Invalid User error everytime user try to login to the server. See below the /var/log/server and OID logs. OID logs showing the successful first BIND with "cn=orcladmin" and looking for the User; but then BIND operation with the actual user DN is getting failed with err=49 eventhough entering the correct password. Any idea why it is failing? Appreciate your response

OS: RHEL 6

/etc/nsnswitch.conf file has both "files ldap" for passwd, group & shadow
