10/11g Oracle Flexible architecture under windows

Hi ,

I have recently been assigned the task of the writing of an Oracle like flexible architecture guidelines for our windows servers (10g and further). The first thing that I did is looking through oracle documentation to find the relevant information as for

Oracle Database Online Documentation, 10g Release 2 (10.2) / Installation

Oracle Database Online Documentation 11g Release 2 (11.2) / Installing and Upgrading

The thing is that my previous experience on linux's and unix's installations doesn't allow me to apply straightforwardly these conventions on windows . As an example : here by the structure I recall being effective for the Unix environment and that I want to adapt to windows.
