oakcli update --database for standby databases

Dear %,

I'm working on an update from 12.1.2.1.0 to 12.1.2.5.0 and its works like a charm so far.

Now I asking myself a question about the database layer as some database on the ODA are standby databases (in MOUNT mode).

These will automatically be patched / updated once I will update the primary database. However the PSU binaries must be deployed on their ORACLE_HOME.


As far as I know when I run OAKCLI UPDATE -PATH 12.1.2.5.0 --DATABASE, I can choose which HOME I went to patch. However the corresponding databases will be updated too.

So how could I install the PSU on an ORACLE_HOME without patching the database??
