Performance Issues in CG Payment Business Service in Siebel Consumer Goods

We are experiencing severe performance issues in the execution of CG Payment Business Service in our prodduction environment. Please let us know whether anybody has experienced the same issue before and we would also like to know what was the solution to the problem. The detailed scenario/symptoms are as explained below.

The Business service is taking 120 seconds to process each payment record. We are using a vanilla business service and it has not been customized.When we get a detailed log file we see that the business service is spending 115 seconds in the below mentioned portion
