Getting an error "A Error has occurred picking current Row"

Hi,

I am currently working on Siebel version 8.1.1.15.5 and we are facing some issues:

whenever I try to submit a new Vendoe Request I am getting an error "A Error has occurred picking current Row".

I am facing similar issue when creating new activity.

Can you please suggest why such error is coming?
