Repairing of Items

Hello,

I have a scenario that we have some items that are under warranty and require maintenance with no charges we want to out this and sent to supplier for repairing and after repairing we want to enter this and on both stages we want Gate Pass and complete record, please guide how to deal with this.

Secondly we also have some items that require maintenance and charges will be applied on that please guide me how to out these and in complete account the service charges.
