Unable to Reverse Receipt in Oracle Receivables 11.5.10.2

Hello

Whenever user tried to reverse the receipt by clicking on reverse button in AR, user gets below error:-

The action has been blocked to avoid inaccurate accounting entries. Please contact oracle support service.

Doesn anyone have any clue to provide any datafix to reverse this receipt ?

Please let me know if anyone needs any information about the receipt.
