Video play slow in WCC

Hi All,

We have uploaded couple of videos in WCC.

When we access these videos through Web-Viewable URL. It plays too slow.

The same video we uploaded into EBS server under OA_HTML directory(this will also create a URL for the video similar to web-viewable in WCC).Video plays without any delay. This server also running in same network and comparatively low specs(in terms of RAM) than WCC server.

How can we increase the speed of web-viewable file download?
