Can't get tape from tape driver after SL3000 divided partition

I install SL3000 just now,customer required two partition,I divided two partition,customer has total two backup server,each backup server connect one partition,the connect lun value is 0,customer connect partition 1 use netbackup sofware,SL3000 can catch tape into tape driver normal,but can't get tape from tape driver,and report no media ,and report failed ,the partition 2 report the same issue,can you tell me why and lun value is 0,it is ok ? thanks a lots
