Percent in Journal Entry Reserve Report shows 100 for all active assets, what does it mean?

in R 12.1.1 and R 12.1.3 During depreciation run Journal Entry report gets generated, this report shows 100 in percent column against all active assets, what does it refer to? Users are confused with this.
