DIS checkin form does not make use of profiles (shows all metadata fields)

When doing a check out and edit of a docx in CS, Word will open automatically.

After making changes I have 2 possibilities:

"Check in with metadata" or close Word and then get asked if I want to save and check in the file. I choose yes, check the box "Edit metadata" and click OK.

In the next check in form I now see all possible metadata fields.

This is too much. There should be a profile hiding some of them, but I have no possibility to choose one.

How can I make use of profiles here?
