Database Patching

I have installed the Jul2015 patch for Oracle 12.0.1.0 on my development and test databases.  Production is scheduled for 11/19.  I have since installed the OCT 2015 patch for the database and javavm on my development  and test databases.  So my question is, can I just install the OCT2015 patch in production on 11/19 and bypass the Jul2015 patch all together?
