I have exactly the same error mentioned in this bug

Bug 3672178 : CAN'T CHANGE EVALUATION TO ACCEPT FOR TEXT RANGE TEST WITHIN SPEC RANGE

Create a TEXT RANGE Test with 2 or more values, for example A and D and save.

Create a Specification/Inventory Validity Rule for an item containing this

Test and APprove for General Use both of them.

Create Sample for this item and select specification created above and save.

In OPM Quality>Item Samples for the sample just created, click on Results tab.

For the TextRange Test, enter in the Result of D (either directly or from the
