what we want that we solve or indicate, It is whether the application or product Oracle Property Manager, has a field that allows us to have or to type the "Value Area" ò value "Square Meter"? , and so with this data to calculate the value of the lease period.
Example:
An office area = 100 m2
Value per Square m2= USD 50
TOTAL AMOUNT= USD 500(100X50)
The field we are looking for is: Value per Square m2= USD 50 ?

Or check is clear our need?
