Steps to create new Legal Entiry and Operating Unit

Hi,

We are in the process of creating new Legal Entity and Operating Unit (within existing Ledger), new OU will be using only AR, CM and GL modules
can you please let me know the sequence of steps and setup to be done.

The list i got is, are there any additions to this??

Create Location
Create Legal Entity (use above Location)
Add Legal Entity to Ledger
Add/Create OU under the Ledger
Create Inventory Org Paramaters for the OU
Run program "Replicate Seed Data" from Sysadmin responsibility
