System is asking to select responsibility name when user clicks on Enter journals in GL Approval not

Hi Team,

We are in the process of upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4 and in our CRP instance we have realized that system is asking to select responsibility name when user clicks on Enter journals in GL Approval notification. This was not the case in 11.5.10.2

Our current scenario is:-

User 1 enters a journal under Japan ledger and it goes to approver1 for approval

User 2 enters a journal under Hongkong ledger and it goes to approver1 for approval

User 3 enters a journal under India Ledger and it goes to approver1 for approval

User 4 enters a journal under UK Ledger and it goes to approver1 for approval
