FDMEE- Calculation Script-POV

Hi,
Need some help on FDMEE. I am trying to load the data from EBS to Planning Application. During this process FDMEE calls Couple of Caluclation script before and after loading.
First script clear the data for the selected criteria and Second does the aggregation after the load is complete.Its a Multi Period Load.
The problem what is see here is , after the load get completed i could not see clear and aggergation works fine for other period except for first selected period.
I mean when the user select the period Jan-15 as start period and Sep-15 as end period, old data is cleared only for Jan-15 , same for aggregation.
