best practice to Backup EPM 11.1.2.3 data LCM/?

Hello,

We have EPM 11.1.2.3 with Essbase cube (ASO and BSO), Financial Reports, Web Analysis, BQY reports and smart view reports. I am exporting artifects and shared services data export using the LCM utility as I know that it's the utility to import/export data between environments. I would like to take the backup of the existing data and wondering what's best practice one can suggest to take the back of all the data. I would appreciate any response on this.
