ACFS on SLES 11 SP4

Hi


Since SLES 11 SP3 will be out of general support at end of January 2016 (see https://www.suse.com/lifecycle/ and https://www.suse.com/support/policy.html for details) we are pressed to upgrade our servers to Service Pack 4 in the next months.

As always, this is kind of a problem, since the Grid Infrastructure will fail to start in various horrible ways due to the ACFS drivers not starting.

Fun-fact: We do not even use ACFS on any of our systems, anymore, because of the long-term unavailability of kernel modules for any new kernel-version)

While I have once again managed to convince my CRS-stack to start without working ACFS modules, after doing several iterations of "rootcrs.pl -unlock" and "rootcrs.pl -patch", I'd really like to know if there is ANY kind of activity going on to solve this problem.
