Reminder/Escalation Notifications after daylight savings change

received reports from users that received reminder (48 hours) and escalation (96 hour) notifications from Change subclass objects after they were released and completed. Of all the reports, the changes routed for approval on 10/30/2015 are included in these notifications. Their history tabs do not record the notification were sent. I'm wondering if it has to do with the daylight savings switch that happened over the weekend (11/1/2015)? If so, is this a bug in the system or is there a way to correct this from happening in the future with some settings in the system?
