Attach pdf in ePro, seen in Purchasing?

9.2, 8.54.

If I attach something to the line in ePro, can I see it in Purchasing?

I can see comments that are inserted, but not the actual attachment. Making sure it's functionality or not. If I navigate to ePro > Manage Reqs, find the req, I can see the attachment.
