OSB and ZFS version 2013.1.4.2

Hello,

I recently upgraded my ZFS3-2 appliances from version 2013.1.3.7 to  2013.1.4.2.   After the backup Oracle Secure Backup fails with messages that the medium is write protected.

No other change was made, and the tapes themselves are not write protected. 


Is there something I need to do in OSB after upgrading the ZFS appliance firmware?  A bug in ZFS version 2013.1.4.2?

I'm using OSB version 12.1.0.1.0.
