BI publisher Report Job is throwing errors for any user with all XMLP roles except weblogic user

Hello,

We are not able to get report results for BI publisher schedule for users except weblogic user ,I appreciate if you can share yr thoughts to resolve it.Wblogic user no issues but for other users tried by assigning XMLP AND OBI Admin roles.

Detail Message:::JOB_PROCESSOR_EXCEPTION::[INSTANCE_ID=co-ds-ipm-a01.1416587963821] [INSTANCE_JOB_ID=19020]::::ERROR_GETTING_REPORT_DATA::[INSTANCE_ID=co-ds-ipm-a01.1416587963821] IOException:[INSTANCE_JOB_ID=19020] nulljava.lang.NullPointerExceptionoracle.xdo.servlet.scheduler.ProcessingException: ::ERROR_GETTING_REPORT_DATA::[INSTANCE_ID=server1.1416587963821] IOException:[INSTANCE_JOB_ID=19020] nulljava.lang.NullPointerException      oracle.xdo.enterpriseScheduler.bursting.BurstingJobProcessor.


We have integrated BI publisher and OBIEE i.e. OBIEE 11.1.1.6.11 version and BI publisher version is 11.1.1.6.11
