Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can OM pre-payment functionality have receipts from lockbox be used as a pre-payment?

The business likes the OM pre-payment functionality, but the process is to send the check to the lockbox.

I am not seeing a way to use the pre-payment feature with receipts that come in through lcokbox.

Is there a way, or does this become a auto-matching task?
