How to default HRMS Assignment Location

Hi all,

We're on R12.1.3.  When creating a new HRMS record, when the user clicks the Assignment tab, where does the Location LOV reside?  The value currently defaults to an outdated Location and we'd like to change the default.  I'm unsure where to make this change.
