Oracle Field Service 12.1.3 - Need ability to launch Parts Requirement in FORMS screen

To Field Service Experts,

Hope you are well. 

We are in the process of upgrading to  r12.1.3 from 12.0.6 and the requirement is to keep the Parts Requirement (FORM version) screen as they have quite a few personalizations implemented.  I've read a couple of Notes on Metalink and it states that r12.1.3 Parts Requirement feature does NOT have the ability to open the form version but defaults to HTML screen.  My question is, do we have an option to use the PR forms screen as opposed to HTML screen?  If so, will Oracle continue to provide support if the client encounters any major issues in the near future?
