EBS R12.1.2 on Linux 5.4 - high swap usage all time

Hi there,

We have RHEL 5.4 for our EBS R12.1.2 environment. Linux was installed with default options and then we followed Oracle Document to install EBS R12.1.2 with all required OS settings as mentioned in following note::

Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Linux x86-64 (Doc ID 761566.1)

We notice that swap usage doesn't drop enough even when no EBS users connected. Even we bounce our EBS R12 and database every week but swap usage still stands over 30%. This causes issues after a few week of server reboot as swap usage climbs to 60% and keeps increasing:
