Missing SO transaction update in item ledger

Hello,

E1 Version 8.12 and 8.98.

We encountered the first time in history where item ledger table was not updated with some SO transaction from Sales Update program and F42119 updated with SO02 = 'blank'.

We have traced the jdedebug log and could not find any error although we submit Sales Update program using 'JDE' user id.

Can't identify the pattern from the sales order records on both successfully and unsuccessful records and we would like to understand what's parameter can trigger such issue in item ledger.The R42800 processing option tab 3. Bypass Inventory Update is <blank> when we submit the sales update program.
