Hi,

I am getting a 'ObjMgrLog Error 1 00004d9b56371c50:51152 2015-11-06 09:06:45 (httptransport.cpp (1720)) SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server'

when trying to call an outbound WS that uses Basic HTTP authentication from a siebel workflow.

I only get this error when the workflow is run from the siebel server thin client. When I invoke the same workflow using my dedicated client (connected to the server DB) on my developer machine, I am able to call the Outbound WS and get a response back.

What could potentially be causing this behavior?  Port openings?  And even after increasing the EAI and Obj Mgr logs there isnt much in the log file.
