Tip of The Week: New Feature Overview - Setting Up Authorized Users
Expense allows authorizing User ID to certain employee ID on behalf of their privileges. However this functionality had limitations of authorizing only via User IDs, which means user have to select User ID for an employee, but could not do it vice-versa. When facing the scenario of authorizing one or a small number of User IDs to a large scale of employee ID, user has to navigate between search page and authorizing page many times, this was inefficient and time consuming.
In order to provide the convenience for user to edit authorization relationship between User ID and Employee ID, a new way of authorizing Employee ID to User ID is introduced in to Expenses FSCM 9.2 Image 14. Users could assign multiple Employee IDs to one User ID at one page. Authorization now has been divided into three levels: “View”, “Edit”, and “Edit/Submit”.
