Setup Service Warranty outside Manufacturer’s Warranty
Is there a way to configure this scenario?
A newly sold unit is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty automatically because we have the warranty BOM setup. Anytime the service center works on an unit outside of the manufacturer’s warranty a 90-day Service Warranty covers the service-repair work. How can we set-up the automated coverage for 90-day Service Warranty just like manufacturer’s warranty.
