Hi Oracle Community,

our client is facing a problem in the Siebel Application. They apparently uploaded a file with 1.2 MB size to the Activity Attachment View in the production environment. When we checked the view we saw that there is reord with the file name and hyperlink to download the file, but the column Size in bytes appears empty for that record and the file can not be downloaded (attached the error file).

We replicated the same behaviour in our Testing Environment with the same file and we could upload it (column Size was not empty) and download it as well.
