Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sales Return Receipt Message

Hi guys,

Im trying to receive goods in inventory --> Transactions --> Receipts --> Sales Return and keep getting a message "receipt date XXXX is earlier than the shipped date of the reference sales order xxxx and line 1.1" (screen shot attached)

The shipment was made on 4-Nov-15

I would really appreciate if some one could share a possible solution or hint on how to resolve this issue
