BI Publisher not burst a huge files

Hello All ,

we are using Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.5.0 integrate with JDE system tools 9.1.4.6 ,however I am just wondering why the BI publisher some times  burst a huge files and some times not !!!

who can help how i can trace the issue ??
