Unable to Book Repair actual lines

Hi All,

Can anyone please help me out regarding my issue that, i am not able to book REPAIR ACTUAL LINES in repair order (R12.2.4). I tried many times and it's saved me that line while i clicked on Book selected. but not generate the SALES ORDER NUMBER. Is there any additional setup requires for the repair actual booking? Please advice on this issue as we are unable to generate invoice for customers. looking forward for positive feedback.
