which program updates P1207 last completed hours field ?

I am testing PM schedules for machine service every 300 hours and/or every 30 days.  based on 85% due.

According to documents, meter reading P12120 version R12807 should update P1207 last completed hours.  I am not able to populate the last completed hours field.  Any other setting i should be aware of ?
