Need to Create Window Service of BSSV Managed instance

Hi,

Need to Create Window Service of BSSV Managed instance,

but it is not picking the configuration files location which is mentioned under "Arguments" section of startup tab.

When we create window services of Managed instance so it create cmdLine with all the locations available in classpath of Managed instance when we open from WLS Admin Console.

But it does not do with "Arguments" values which is also mention in "startup" tab.

Please suggest how to and where to add "arguments" values
