Provider Group Rules - Case Center Location

We are starting to use the case mangement module and I am trying to find out where the "Case Center Location" is determined.

In order to have the correct Provider Group determined, the case center location can be helpfull because we have multiple offices where cases are managed. But where is this case center location determined? Cannot find a similar field in the cases.
