Issue with Security Rule in iProcurement

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with Security Rules in iProcurement (Oracle 11i). We have enabled the security rule to include cost center (lets say ABC) and when we are using the same cost center for requisition creation, charge account creation is erroring out. The error msg is:

Please suggest if any one has faced this issue earlier and revert for more details.
