Is It Possible to Create a Service Contract from the Oracle Quoting Module?

No, It's not possible to create an Oracle Service Contract from a Quote. The quote must first be converted into a Sales Order and then a Service Contract can be generated from Oracle Order Management.

Assume this still is valid for release 12.2.4? Or have this functionality changed?
