Has anyone out there run the R01131P purge?

The error messages on our posting batches have been very odd during the past 10 days.  The issue is that our Next Numbers for System 02 have reached their max.  The Oracle suggestion is to run R01131P.  We are testing this in PY, but are curious if anyone else has done this, and if there are any Gotchas that we need to be aware of.
