R12 - from party to account in Sales environment

Hello,

on R12.2.4 I'm trying to create an Account from an existing partner.

I canot find a button that let me perform the action.

On R11.5.10.2 working on sales On Line there where an account section in party management. That was the place I could create accounts to relevant parties.

Any suggestion?
