Oracle Database Appliance- Health Check using ODACHK

I am trying to find this documentation to perform a Database Assessment for ODA(Oracle Database Appliance) 2.4 version. I found this documentation link on one of the websites:

1485630.1, but no luck so far on Oracle website.


Can someone guide me or a guide with instructions to download, install to run the health check on ODA using odachk.
