How can I resolve "Memory error 1250053"?

Outline message: There is a problem loading the outline into memory, error # 1,250,053.   This problem happens after loading dimension build file. The load completes with a success status but outline cannot open as an edit mode.

1. The outline is not locked.

2.  The database stops ans starts succeeded.

3.   The outline Compact process doesn't work in EAS as the original outline byte order do not match.

          We will try to run the compact in the server with a script.

Before we recreate the application and reload, need to know if there anything else I could do.   Thanks!
