Reporting Health Coverage Data - When Not Using Benefits - Reference Doc # (Doc ID 1949952.1)

While the Health Coverage Information Return is considered a benefits reporting form, JD Edwards is planning to provide support as best as possible for reporting offers of health coverage based on DBA Instructions (F06106) and DBA Transaction History (F0719).  In general, the proposed plan is to look for DBA Instructions and DBA Transaction History that it outside of any benefits enrollment record dates.   Similar to text noted above for benefit plans, customers would flag their health coverage DBAs as described by JD Edwards to identify a DBA as 1) health coverage and 2) self-insured coverage.
