Siebel workflow Monitoring Agent Performance

Hi,

We have been facing performance issues with one of the workflow monitoring agent in Siebel Consumer Goods Application.(CG Payment Policy)

We tried changing the DeleteSize parameter to 50 from 500. To process 500 records , the process was taking about 4 hrs and hence we tried changing delete size to 50.

If you know of any performance improvement parameters for workflow monitoring agents, please do share some ideas.

I am also thinking of tuning workflow process manager component parameters. Any suggestions?
