Delete or hide items in Cash Management Open Interface table?

Is there a way to delete or hide a row from the Cash Management Open Interface table? We have items in the Open Interface Table that we will never reconcile with bank statement transactions and we would like to remove them so that they do not show on the Available Transaction Report and on the Available Transaction screen. We do not want to write DBA scripts or custom code. Looking for standard functionality available in Oracle 12.2.4. Thanks for your help!
