eBS 12.1.3 with ssl

Hi Everyone

We are in the final stage of a EBS, WMS, OTM, Hyperion, BI implementation.

Our hosting provider installed a SHA 1 certificate last days of october. Due to that installation we have to use Firefox 3.6.37 and java 1.6.0_7 and 1.6.0_45 to run the application.

My question is ¿Do We have oracle support even if we are using thos old versions of Java and firefox?

Does anyone has any recommendations? Experiences to share?
