Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Update Customer Name once SR is created ?

Hi

We are on R12.1.3.

In our business,we perform walk in repair to customers ie typically like car service .

Once customers calls in,we would like to raise an SR against an pre-defined dummy customer name and save the SR and give this reference number.

Once finance team creates Customers ,we would like to update the SR with the actual customer name.

Is the above possible?
