Promotions stuck in Pending status on Cancellation in RPM

Hi,

I was about to cancel one promotion component but then its state changed to Pending and a conflict was recognized which is stated below:

"An unexpected error occurred during processing and the price event is in a pending status. The DBA needs to be contacted with the associated price event id to correct the issue and the batch(processPendingChunkBatch) needs to be run to complete the processing."

I tried running the processPendingChunkBatch but it did not help either. The promotion are in Active state and I need to cancel them asap.

Any suggestions and help is highly appreciated.
